Sex and Relationships Support Group

This group is for adults (18+) looking to explore, heal, and grow in their relationships and sexuality. Whether you're single, partnered, queer, straight, questioning, or just curious—you're welcome here.

Not at all. Some members come in solo to work on self-awareness, dating patterns, or sexual identity. Others may be in relationships and want to better navigate communication, intimacy, or conflict.

We’ll explore a range of topics including emotional intimacy, communication, boundaries, attachment styles, sexual desire, identity, consent, jealousy, and healing from past experiences—always in a respectful, shame-free space.

This is a therapeutically-facilitated support group, not formal group therapy. That means while you'll gain insight, tools, and emotional support, it’s not a replacement for individual therapy. Think of it as a guided, community-based space for reflection and growth.

Confidentiality is essential. Everyone agrees to a mutual confidentiality policy, and personal sharing is always optional. What’s said in the group stays in the group.

No pressure. You’ll never be forced to share anything you're not comfortable with. You can start by listening and participate in ways that feel right for you. Many people find they open up naturally over time.

Groups are kept intentionally small—usually around 8 to 10 participants. This size creates a more intimate, supportive environment where everyone has space to be seen, heard, and connect meaningfully without feeling overwhelmed.

Each session includes a short teaching or prompt related to sex or relationships, followed by guided discussion, reflection, and sharing. You’ll also receive optional exercises or journaling prompts to explore between sessions.

Whether you're LGBTQIA+, monogamous, polyamorous, kinky, questioning, or anywhere in between—you’ll be met with respect, openness, and non judgment. We honor the full spectrum of identities and experiences.
